Unique Collaboration with University of Cambridge
This week saw the start of our new and unique scientific collaboration with the University of Cambridge. Our students attended a live lecture by the Cambridge Society for the Application of Research (CSAR). In preparation for the event engaged with the subject of Hydrogen-Electric Propulsion for a Clean Aviation Future, students were able to prepare by working with a member of our tutor team who has a higher level engineering qualification. This preparation enabled students to ask questions directly to the lecturer. This pioneering approach to bringing our School and elite universities closer is further supported by the opportunity for students to submit their lecture findings for publication by Cambridge.
The next lecture will be on „An engineer’s perspective on future power station design“.
